Acceptance of this SOW authorizes TrustedSec <br />to perform a security assessment and other related services for Orange County North <br />Carolina. Proposal is valid for 30 calendar days. <br /> <br />Service Description SKU Cost <br />External <br />Penetration Test <br />Through discovery, analysis, and <br />controlled exploitation, this <br />assessment tests the organization’s <br />Internet-facing perimeter with no <br />privileged information about the <br />environment. <br />TS-50100 $14,000 <br />Internal <br />Penetration Test <br />Designed to emulate real world <br />attack scenarios, internal <br />assessments target an organization <br />from within its physical perimeter. <br />TS-50200 $7,500 <br />Total Engagement Cost $21,500 <br /> <br /> Payment Schedule <br />Payment is based on the following schedule: <br />• 100% of total cost billable at first report delivery. Payment terms Net 30. <br />• A 5% late fee will be added for payments that exceed payment terms. <br />• Report delivery is subject to the terms and conditions set forth within this statement <br />of work. <br />• Acceptable forms of payment are check, ACH, wire transfer, or credit card <br />(QuickBooks email link under $15,000). <br /> Travel & Expenses <br />TrustedSec fees outlined in the scope of services do not include out-of-pocket expenses, <br />such as transportation, meals, and lodging for travel to perform any of the services. <br />TrustedSec will make every attempt to incur reasonable expenses associated with the <br />execution of the engagement and will handle the processing of those approved expenses <br />in accordance with the Travel Policy terms from the Master Services Agreement. Valid <br />expenses typically include parking, meals, lodging, and communication costs. Travel costs <br />include airfare, mileage (if a personal car is used), and automobile rental.
