Orange County North Carolina <br />TrustedSec Confidential <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />3 Statement of Work <br />This STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”), effective as of May 23, 2024 is made pursuant to an <br />agreement by and between TrustedSec, LLC with its principal place of business located at <br />3485 Southwestern Boulevard Fairlawn, OH 44333, and Orange County North Carolina, <br />with its principal place of business located at 300 West Tryon Street, PO Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough. <br /> Engagement Scope <br />This section contains the overall scope for the engagement, as discussed with Orange <br />County North Carolina. Based on TrustedSec’s understanding of the environment, we have <br />scoped the time and cost of the proposed services with the assumptions below. If it is <br />determined that there is a vast difference in the actual environment (either smaller or <br />larger), TrustedSec requests the right to adjust the actual effort required and costs <br />associated with the assessment. Any cost estimate or timeline changes needed will be <br />promptly shared with Orange County North Carolina, and a Change Order will be drawn as <br />appropriate to satisfy the changes. This is uncommon; however, it can happen based on <br />additional discoveries or further evaluation from TrustedSec. <br /> <br />Geographic Locations <br />• TrustedSec Headquarters, Fairlawn, OH, US <br />• Work will be performed remotely <br /> <br />External Penetration Test <br />• Up to one (1) week of testing and reporting <br />• A one-time retest is included but limited to critical and high-severity findings and must <br />be done within 60 days of the completion of the engagement <br /> <br />Internal Penetration Test <br />• Up to 500 internal IP addresses/hosts/systems/devices total <br />• Internal retesting requests will be subject to a change order and an additional fee <br /> <br />Out of Scope: <br />• Any location or work that is not specifically listed as in-scope shall be considered out <br />of scope <br /> <br />Dependencies and Assumptions <br />The following terms are set forth to determine the roles and responsibilities that both parties <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: AFDC1276-5BF5-4129-B1DC-BCD00B65C8BC
