P&R Master Plan 2030 Mid-Plan Review- Update: Stancil reminded the Council of the <br /> purpose of the mid-plan review. The Parks and Recreation Master Plan was adopted in <br /> 2014, with targeted goals through 2030. The Council has been re-examining the <br /> recommendations outlined in the original document.
