The project is located within 28.17 acres of property <br /> located along Lawrence Road and US HWY 70A. <br /> The request proposes development consisting of: <br /> ■ New 15-lot flexible subdivision (residential) <br /> ■ New public entrance road (50-ft right-of-way) <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon a Subdivision Plan dated October <br /> 30, 2023. These findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final <br /> analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon zoning approval, the proposed <br /> development would then be required to submit a Land Disturbing Permit (LDP) which <br /> would formally review and approve development activity consistent with the Site Plan. <br /> Erosion & Sedimentation Control (E&SC): <br /> Based on the submitted materials for the proposed development, the project could meet <br /> the Erosion and Sedimentation Control requirements as required by Orange County UDO <br /> Section 6.15 and could be developed as generally proposed.
