Like a year and a half ago. <br /> 181 <br /> 182 Beth Bronson: And there was basically the idea that we would come back to that and just wanting to <br /> 183 make sure the Board knows that we did deregulated requirements for Stormwater Control Management Plans. <br /> 184 <br /> 185 Cy Stober: Oh yes, you're talking about the performance guarantee for stormwater. <br /> 186 <br /> 187 Beth Bronson: Yes. <br /> 188 <br /> 189 Cy Stober: Yes, we did eliminate that because we don't have authority to collect that, so we still <br /> 190 inspect those to ensure they're performing. We do have that responsibility under the Jordan Lake and Falls <br /> 191 Lake Rules, so we do that, but we do on a fee basis. <br /> 192 <br /> 193 Beth Bronson: All right.
