ECE introduces the project. (Note videos starts late due to camera issues) <br /> 2. Questions regarding location of streets on opposite side of Lawrence & relation to site. <br /> 3. Questions regarding existing roadway improvements. <br /> 4. Stormwater Questions, and concerns about water runoff to the lots to the south which have <br /> existing drainage issues. <br /> 5. Talks about the encroachment issues along the southern lot line and surveying concerns. <br /> 6. Questions regarding ownership after development. <br /> 7. Questions regarding home builder and house size. <br /> 8. Discussions about the drainage characteristics of the site. <br /> 9. Project buffer discussion and questions regarding the ball fields & tennis courts. <br /> 10. HOA timeline question <br /> 11. Concerns over well and septic suitability. <br /> 12. Questions on Planning Board date, clarification that project is not a SUP, but a major Sub. <br /> 13. NIM meeting concludes. <br /> 14. Additional encroachment discussions were had with attorney after close of NIM (not <br /> recorded). <br /> As a result of the meeting, the following changes were made to the project proposal (Attach <br /> additional sheet(s) if needed): <br /> No changes to the plan were deemed necessary based on the discussions had at the <br /> neighborhood meeting. <br /> Date: 02/15/2024 <br /> Applicant: EarthCentric Engineering Inc. <br /> By: Shawn C.
