She thanked all of the people and <br /> 11 groups involved in the creation and updating of the plan. She said being flexible with the plan is <br /> 12 important in case new opportunities arise. She said if it is possible without driving up the price of <br /> 13 land, to find a place that can be a trail head for the Mountains to Sea Trail. <br /> 14 Vice-Chair Greene thanked them for the work they have done with the plans. She said this <br /> 15 plan works hand in glove with other county plans. She said it reinforces the vision of land use in <br /> 16 Orange County. Establishment, Charge, and Composition for the 2024 Bond Education Committee <br /> 25 The Board established a Bond Education Committee that will develop and assist in disseminating <br /> 26 information to voters concerning the proposed November 5, 2024 bond referendum, and to <br /> 27 discuss and determine the Committee's charge and composition. <br /> 28 BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners appointed Bond Education Committees <br /> 29 to help develop and disseminate factual information about community needs leading to the bond <br />
