Most of my career has been in
the realm of finance, where I have worked in a variety of positions within boutique financial firms
as well as large investment banks and family offices. I also have experience as a serial
entrepreneur. Both of these experiences have given me a solid understanding of how to evaluate
costs and benefits of various capital expenditure programs, as well as how to best allocate
limited resources in a way that maximizes benefits accross all impacted parties. I am eager to
help put my knowledge and experience to use in serving our community.
Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board
The Bond Proposal is a long term investment into improving both the educational facilities and
quality of education for our community. I would argue that this is the most important investment a
community can make, as it is quite literally an investment in our future. Balancing the needs,
feelings, and desires of the individual members of the community with the benefits to the
community as a whole will be a critical part of ensuring the success of this proposal. I believe
that my experience, as stated above, allows me to help with organizing and empathetically
communicating with community members and stakeholders alike.
