I am an expert in collecting, analyzing, and <br /> synthesizing a variety of information, including quantitative and qualitative data. I am also an <br /> expert in presenting in identifying patterns, issues, and other problems, and conveying those <br /> findings in a matter that is digestible to the public while still being accurate, objective, unbiased, <br /> and supported by strong evidence. To do this work, I often work with federal staff and <br /> Congressional staff, but to ensure that we understand all the nuances of what we re looking at, I <br /> also regularly communicate with and interact with all those affected stakeholders, such as <br /> advocacy organizations, private businesses, and the public themselves. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I think any sort of large--and very important--investment should be done carefully and guided by <br /> strong evidence. With any change, unintended consequences are inevitable, but I think it s <br /> important to perform due diligence to minimize those consequences. What this bond supports <br /> will have long-standing effects on our school district, and it s critical that we get it right. <br /> How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints? <br /> I have so far experienced five schools (next year will add a 6th) in CHCCS through my three <br /> children in our short time here, but I suspect many can say that.
