My bachelor degree was in communications and I obtained at <br /> MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. My work experience is in philanthropy, fundraising and nonprofits. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I saw firsthand the condition of our building and the detrimental effects of the infrastructure both <br /> inside and outside, impacting playgrounds as well. I believe strongly that this is an overdue <br /> investment that our community needs to make. I want to amplify the experiences and reasons <br /> why this bond is so necessary. <br /> How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints? <br /> I can share what we experienced at Carrboro Elementary and will work to hear from teachers, <br /> staff and other students to contribute to a shared understanding of the urgency to commit these <br /> funds.
