MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL FAILURE AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS <br />based upon or arising out of any failure of: <br />1. electrical infrastructure; <br />2. telecommunications infrastructure; or <br />3. any satellite, <br />which is not under the Insured Entity's operational control; <br />J. OVER-REDEMPTION <br />based upon or arising out of price discounts, prizes, awards, coupons or any other valuable consideration given in <br />excess of the total contracted or expected amount; <br />K.
