All Rights Reserved. <br />ii. any form of invasion, infringement or interference with rights of privacy or publicity, including but not limited to <br />false light, public disclosure of private facts, intrusion and commercial appropriation of name or likeness; <br />iii. wrongful entry or eviction, trespass, eavesdropping or other invasion of the right of private occupancy; <br />iv. false arrest, detention or imprisonment, abuse of process or malicious prosecution; <br />v. infringement of title, slogan, logo, trademark, trade name, trade dress, service mark or service name; <br />vi. infringement of copyright or any plagiarism, violation of moral rights (droit moral) or passing off, piracy, <br />misappropriation of ideas under implied contract or other misappropriation of property rights, ideas or <br />information; <br />vii. infliction of emotional distress, outrage or outrageous conduct, or any prima facie tort; <br />viii. negligence in connection with the content of Matter; <br />ix. unfair competition or unfair trade practices alleged in conjunction with paragraphs i. through viii. above, <br />including but not limited to dilution, confusion, deceptive trade practices or unfair trade practices, civil actions <br />for consumer fraud, false, disruptive or misleading advertising or misrepresentation in advertising; or <br />x. negligent supervision of an employee alleged in conjunction with paragraphs i. through viii. above; <br />C. with respect to Insuring Agreement A.3. Network Security Liability only, Wrongful Act means any actual or <br />alleged act, error or omission that results in a breach of security of the Network and gives rise to: <br />1. an unscheduled or unplanned inability of an authorized third party user to gain access to the Network to <br />communicate with the Insured Entity or other computers or computer networks (other than any Internet <br />service provider interruptions); <br />2. disruption or degradation of a network owned or operated by or on behalf of or for the benefit of a person or <br />entity other than the Insured Entity (other than Internet, telephone company networks, electrical grids, or <br />other public infrastructure network) including but not limited to the infection of a third party network with <br />malware or viruses; or <br />3. the unauthorized use, disclosure, disruption, modification or destruction of or unauthorized access to any <br />information (other than software) resident on the Network or the unauthorized use, modification or destruction <br />of any software resident on the Network; <br />D. with respect to Insuring Agreement A.4. Privacy Injury Liability only, Wrongful Act means any Privacy <br />Injury; <br />E. with respect to Insuring Agreement A.5. Privacy Regulation Proceeding only, Wrongful Act means any actual <br />or alleged act, error or omission that results in a violation of any statute or regulation governing Protected <br />Information or any violation of a Security Breach Notice Law . <br />III.
