  <br />  <br />5. Key Deliverables  <br />Deliverable I. Update of exisƟng database: The Chamber will:  <br /> Update the database elements according to the release schedule from external sources  <br /> Review database updates for significant changes and trends of note on the following indicators:   <br />o CommuƟng  <br />o Cost of Living   <br />o County & Municipal Land Uses & Value   <br />o Covid‐19   <br />o Crime   <br />o Demographics   <br />o Downtown Pedestrian AcƟvity   <br />o Durham Tech   <br />o Employers, Employment, and Labor Force   <br />o Environment & Natural Resources   <br />o Health Indicators  <br />o Homelessness   <br />o Housing (For Rent and For Sale)   <br />o InnovaƟon & Entrepreneurship  <br />o Internet Access   <br />o PopulaƟon Growth and Change   <br />o Poverty and Food Insecurity   <br />o Property Tax & Tax Rates   <br />o Public School Funding, Enrollment, and Performance   <br />o Retail Sales and Sales Tax   <br />o Tourism & Hospitality  <br />o UNC Chapel Hill student, faculty, and staff informaƟon  <br />o Voter RegistraƟon  <br />o Wages & Income   <br /> Communicate new data releases and topline findings to clients   <br /> Answer quesƟons regarding data  <br />  <br />Deliverable II. ConƟnuous refinement: The Chamber will conƟnually refine the mechanism of sharing  <br />and disseminaƟng the informaƟon. The Chamber will also consult with Client about the addiƟon of any  <br />possible new indicators.   <br />  <br />Deliverable III. DocumentaƟon and user instrucƟons: The Chamber will develop basic documentaƟon  <br />and provide guidance regarding how to use the database. This will include guidance on:  <br /> Which data source is used for given set of indicators, how frequently it is updated, and where to  <br />access the current data  <br /> InformaƟon on any manipulaƟons/calculaƟons used to derive certain indicators  <br /> Key watch outs for certain indicators (if any)  <br /> Which data set to use and how to make comparisons across data sets  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: A2C50516-1C18-4081-AE5E-39BF7148AA6E
