e . Grantee shall submit a written monthly report to the Emergency Services Director, or their designee , providing the number of calls and runs during the month . The report shall contain the number of emergency calls , the number of convalescent calls , the total number of calls and the total number of patients transported . f. Grantee may inspect Grantee ' s records at any time in order to ensure compliance with the EMS Franchise Ordinance and this Franchise Agreements however, Grantor ' s shall inspect the Grantee ' s records at least once a year to ensure compliance with the EMS Franchise Ordinance and this Franchise Agreement . Section 11 . Medical Oversight a. Grantee shall designate a representative of Grantee to attend and participate in regular meetings of the Orange County EMS Peer Review Committee . b . Grantee shall monitor and comply with any online medical direction for operating within EMT-P systems . c . Grantee shall comply with the Grantor ' s plan for Medical Oversight and Written Treatment Protocols . d . Grantee shall comply with the Grantor ' s written plan to address the management of the EMS System including : L the triage of patients to appropriate facilities ; He transport of patients to facilities outside of the system; iii . Arrangement for transporting patients to appropriate facilities when diversion or bypass plans are activated; iv . A mechanism for reporting, monitoring and establishing standards for system response times ; v . A special events staffing plan; vie A disaster plan; and vile Mass gathering plan . e . Grantee shall comply with the Medical Director ' s written guidance regarding decision about the equipment, medical supplies , and Providence Transportation Inc .
