Any contaminated material, ground water or environmental issues will be dealt with on a time and material basis. <br /> No erosion control included. Price excludes any fees for permits, bonds, staking, soil testing, inspections, undercutting, traffic <br /> control, backfilling of curb or pavement, removal of rock or repairs caused by others. Long Inc. is not responsible for any <br /> permits. Long Inc. does not guarantee water flow on grades less than 2%. Prices are good for 30 days. Long Inc. is Not <br /> responsible for “Acts of God”. <br /> Any changes made to this contract will be made by change orders or at unit prices as specified above. All changes made to the <br /> proposal must be in writing and signed by customer and authorized representative of Long Inc. <br /> Our company reserves the rights to hire any subcontractors needed to help complete the scheduled job. <br /> Residential Jobs: Payment is due upon completion of job. Customer must pay full amount before employees leave jobsite. <br /> Commercial Jobs: Payment terms: net 30 days, unless otherwise informed with appropriate paperwork and signed by an <br /> authorized representative of Long Inc. <br /> Interest of 1.5% will be charged on all past due accounts.
