6 <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County (via SFTP site) and create/update existing employee records <br />within the ClearRisk system. High-level activities include: <br /> <br />● SFTP Configuration <br />● Mapping of Employee roster to ClearRisk System <br />● Data Automation (to create/update existing employee records) <br /> <br />The integration will be limited to the data column headers from Appendix B Tab <br />“Employee Roster Integration” and will use the Employee Number column as the <br />unique identifier when matching or creating records. <br /> <br />See Appendix D for workflow diagrams that include how integration will <br />operate, and Appendix C for process diagrams that include ClearRisk’s general <br />process for configuring integrations. <br /> <br />5.0 Data Migration <br />Several types of data will be provided to ClearRisk by Orange County for <br />manipulation and insertion into the ClearRisk system based on ClearRisk best <br />practices. Data will be provided via Orange County completing ClearRisk data <br />migration templates, or ClearRisk will manually manipulate Orange County <br />existing data.
