b. Program service area can extend maximum 10 miles outside Cou nty limit. <br />Durham Tech facility in Durham County is 7.33 miles located at 1637 E Lawson <br />St, Durham, NC <br /> <br />c. Provide service on same day basis, advance reservations are preferred. <br /> <br />d. OCTS agrees to use Fare Revenue as the billing codes starting FY25 (July <br />2025) when reduced fares are established. <br /> <br />e. OCTS agrees to only submit reimbursement requests for approved and <br />provided trips, not children 12 and under, no -shows or cancellations are not <br />reimbursed. <br /> <br />f. DTCC agrees to receive all client calls regarding scheduling and submit to <br />OCTS for reservation, including any changes. <br /> <br />g. OCTS agrees to meet on-time performance standards such as no more than <br />5% of trips may be late for client pick-up or drop-off to his or her destination, <br />per month. <br /> <br />h. OCTS agrees to report all no-shows or cancellation on a monthly basis to <br />DTCC by email. <br /> <br />i. OCTS agrees to report all client complaints, including date, nature and what <br />steps were taken to resolve the complaint. <br /> <br />j. OCTS agrees to participate in program, fiscal and administrative monitoring <br />and or audits, making records and staff time available to Federal, State and <br />County staff, including monitoring of records to ensure all requirements are <br />met. <br /> <br />k. OCTS agrees to take necessary steps for corrective action, as negotiated <br />within a corrective action plan, for any items found to be out of compliance with <br />Federal, State and County laws, regulations, standards and/or terms of this <br />Memorandum. <br /> <br />l. OCTS provides this service through the County approved Transit Plan, Annual <br />Work Program, and any grant reimbursement based funding resource. <br /> <br />m. OCTS will ensure that all vehicles providing transit service shall have at least <br />the minimum level of liability insurance appropriate for the type of vehicle as <br />defined by Article 7 Rule R2-36 of North Carolina Utility Commission; <br /> <br />n. OCTS will ensure all drivers shall be at least 18 years of age and work with <br />Orange County Human Services to ensure: <br /> <br />i.
