If not, <br />please describe <br />your plan to <br />engage with them <br />and how you will <br />act based on their <br />input: <br />Residents may not be aware of positive impacts (greenhouse gas emissions <br />reductions and opportunities, services, and resources available in the new <br />building) or negative impacts (emissions associated with the building). As <br />outlined in the Town’s Inclusive Communications & Community <br />Engagement Plan, the Town will work to connect with people of color, <br />immigrant, refugee, and other marginalized communities to discuss climate <br />action and ensure information is disseminated about all available resources. <br />Strategies will include: <br />• Create neighborhood liaison network <br />• Create community conversations <br />• Build personal relationships <br />• Increase accessibility (identify barriers such as location, <br />transportation, childcare, language) <br />• Maintain a presence in communities and neighborhoods <br />• Offer multiple ways for residents to contribute input and feedback <br />• Offer information in different languages <br />Town staff and the Town Council will be receptive of all input. <br />18.
