Greensboro Street in downtown Carrboro. The 203 Project is a <br />collaborative effort between the Town and Orange County to build a community-based facility containing <br />Town offices, the Orange County Southern Branch Library, WCOM radio, and other amenities. The <br />photovoltaic array and green roof will help The 203 Project attain United States Green Building Council <br />Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (USGBC LEED) Gold equivalent performance goals for <br />the building and help the Town meet additional goals outlined in the Town’s Community Climate Action <br />Plan and municipal Energy and Climate Protection Plan.
