Retainage will <br />be paid no more than 45 days after demolition final inspection. <br /> <br />Changes in the above specifications may be made only upon written agreement, and extra charges will be made. <br />All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Our workers are fully covered <br />by Workmen’s Compensation and Public Liability Insurance. We retain the rights to all salvage materials. This <br />proposal may be withdrawn by us at any time before acceptance. You will be required to pay any legal fees that <br />arise due to failure of payment in full.
