The main objectives are <br />to: reduce the frequency and severity of injuries, achieve higher levels of employee productivity, and <br />reduce the employer’s total cost for workers’ compensation and lost work time. The Select Medical team <br />partners with employers, case managers, claims managers, TPAs, brokers and insurance companies to <br />ensure timely and effective solutions.
