No Protected Health Information is captured or stored in the AMN Language <br />Services Video System. The billing information is provided, in electronic form (Excel), as part of the <br />monthly invoice so the hospital can analyze utilization on both device and department basis. <br />3)Interpreter Confidentiality and protection of patient information. <br />a)Interpreters are HIPAA Certified by completing the Advanced HIPAA training course and examination. <br />b)All interpreters must sign and are bound by company Code of Ethics agreements.
