Scope of Work <br />Overview: <br />Siemens mechanic recommends replacing the condenser coil for Carrier Chiller #130RB series at the <br />Library. <br />Inclusions: <br />•Arrive and check in with POC <br />•LOTO main shut off for Carrier Chiller #1. <br />•Recover refrigerant. <br />•Disassemble unit to access condenser coil. <br />•Remove failed condenser coil. <br />•Install new condenser coil. <br />•Reassemble unit. <br />•Perform leak inspection, vacuum to 500 microns and charge system to proper levels. <br />•Verify operation of Carrier Chiller #1. <br />•Clean material and trash from site after repairs <br />Exclusions: <br />•Overtime unless stated otherwise above <br />•Engineered drawings and permitting 3rdparty inspections if required <br />•Work by other trades unless specifically mentioned above including but not limited to electrical, sprinkler, fire <br />alarm, carpentry, masonry, coring, fire proofing, roofing / sealing, patching and / or painting, etc. <br />•Cleaning beyond basic housekeeping <br />•Any items not mentioned in the inclusions above <br />Sell Price <br />Total Quote Price-No Sales Tax Included $12,586.74 <br />This price is firm for 30 days from the date of this proposal. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D81FF671-8C7D-432B-9018-2A64F7D1435E
