Any code deficiencies related to the existing conditions not specifically identified to be <br />addressed is not included in our scope. <br /> <br />Unforeseen conditions related to the owner’s equipment or building that adversely impact <br />the cost of the project may result in additional changes. <br /> <br />When changing packaged unit out with like size packaged unit, it is assumed the conduit, <br />wire, disconnects, breakers, electrical panel and duct work are adequately sized to serve <br />the proposed packaged unit, and are functional and installed per code. <br /> <br />A structural engineer must approve additional loading of the roof resulting from the <br />installation of new equipment. The owner will be required to provide structural drawings of <br />the roof for evaluation. Cost related to the structural up grades and required modification are <br />not included in our scope and pricing. (If the new unit weighs more than 400 pounds and <br />installed in the same location of the existing unit, or this is a new roof mounted install. This <br />must be part of the proposal.) <br /> <br />The building heating and cooling load calculations are based on information provided by the <br />owner. Discrepancies of information provided and actual conditions could result in equipment <br />being sized incorrectly.
