Proposal Summary <br /> <br />Thank you for choosing Brady as your HVAC support partner. We are committed to working with you to <br />ensure your building serves the needs of your organization. We appreciate the opportunity to provide <br />you with a proposal for your equipment replacement as detailed in the following pages. This proposal is <br />based on our site visit, information provided by the owner, and a survey of the equipment that is to be <br />replaced. Any revision or request of change to scope of work by the owner at a later date would be <br />subject to price review at that time. <br /> <br />Omnia Partners <br />This proposal is in accordance with Contract 3341. Omnia Partners awarded the contract to Trane for <br />HVAC and other trades in North Carolina on September 1, 2022. The US Communities contract now <br />expires on August 31, 2027. The Omnia contract has the option to renew an additional five-year period <br />through 8/31/2032. The anticipated full-term contract is 10 years. <br /> <br />Packaged Unit Scope Of Work <br /> <br />Equipment Demolition, Installation and Specification <br />Brady will disconnect all power wiring and control wiring as needed for the complete <br />removal and disposal of the existing Trane packaged rooftop unit. <br /> <br />Brady will not reconnect Controls. Customer is handing Control Wiring for unit. <br /> <br />Brady will include all labor, accessories, tool, equipment, and materials required to <br />completely execute the installation of a new Trane 27.5 ton packaged rooftop unit. <br /> <br />Unit specifications are listed below: <br /> <br />• 27.5 TON VOYAGER3-1 <br />DX Cooling, natural gas heat <br />Downflow supply and upflow return <br />27.5 ton 60 Hertz <br />R-410A <br />208 Volt 60 Hertz 3 Phase <br />Low gas heat capacity <br />100 % Power exhaust w/ fresh air tracking <br />2" MERV 8 High efficiency, throwaway filters <br />15 hp supply motor <br />0-100% Economizer, differential enthalpy control <br />VAV (DTC) with supply VFD, bypass, & motor shaft grounding <br />Service valves <br />Ventilation override <br />Hinged service access doors <br />Louvered condenser coil hail guards <br />Adv Ctrl & BACnet/Modbus Comm.
