<br />2024‐03‐18 Statement of Work ‐ Orange County Move to Standard Finance   Page 3  <br />  <br />COST  <br />The estimated cost for the MOVE TO STANDARD FINANCE Project is $6,000 based on the  <br />estimated 40 hours required to complete the project, as described within the Services section.  <br />  <br />TERMS  <br /> Farragut proposes to complete the project on a project cost basis subject to a minimum  <br />total fee.  The minimum total fee will be $5250 and maximum total fee will be $6,000.  <br /> If the level of effort required to complete the project scope is subject to the minimum  <br />and maximum fee is more than the maximum total fee, the total costs to the County will  <br />be the maximum fee.   If the level of effort required to complete the project scope is  <br />subject to the minimum and maximum fee is less than the minimum total fee, the total  <br />costs to the County will be the minimum fee. If the level of effort required to complete  <br />the project scope that is subject to the minimum and maximum fee is between the  <br />minimum total fee and the maximum total fee, then the total costs to the County will be  <br />the actual project costs.    <br /> In the event that there is a scope change, the County and Farragut must mutually agree  <br />in order to modify the Services and/or costs.    <br />  <br /> Help Center will be used for issue entry and tracking for all work associated with the  <br />project.  <br />  <br /> There is no warranty period associated with this “Statement of Work”.    <br />  <br /> Payment is due to Farragut within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice.  Invoices will  <br />be deemed to have been accepted for which Farragut does not receive timely notification  <br />of a dispute and the County shall pay all undisputed amounts due under such invoices.  <br />  <br /> The amounts do not include out‐of‐pocket expenses such as travel expenses, which will  <br />be billed at Farragut cost.   <br />  <br /> To the extent that the Services specified in this Statement of Work are modified or  <br />changed, the rates specified in a mutually approved Change Order related to such  <br />modification or change shall apply to such changes and/or modifications.   <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: E320FF23-251D-4282-AF69-0B0F0477273C
