Plans and specifications are available from the procurement sites listed in the <br /> advertisement for bids. <br /> c. An addendum will be issued containing minutes from this meeting and responses to <br /> any questions. Addendum No. 1 and No. 2 have already been issued. <br /> d. Deadline for questions is Friday, January 12, 2024, at 5:00 PM. <br /> e. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project areas prior to submitting a bid <br /> package. Contractor must check in with Orange County Site Staff upon arrival. Sites <br /> are closed the following days/times: <br /> i. Walnut Grove—Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, closed until 1 pm <br /> ii. Eubanks C&D Landfill - (check in at the scale house) - Closes at 4pm Mon- <br /> Fri., closes at noon on Saturdays, Closed on Sundays <br /> f. Parties who wish to mail bid packages are encouraged to provide ample time for <br /> delivery. Bids that arrive after the bid date and time will not be accepted. <br /> i. If a Bid is sent by mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope <br /> containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate package plainly marked on <br /> the outside with the notation "BID ENCLOSED." <br /> g.
