Improvements on Adjoining Property: Authority for performing earth moving indicated on <br /> property adjoining Owner's property will be obtained by Owner before award of Contract. <br /> 1. Do not proceed with work on adjoining property until directed by Engineer. <br /> C. Utility Locator Service: Notify "NC 811—Call Before You Dig" for area where Project is located <br /> before beginning earth-moving operations. <br /> D.
