Comply with manufacturer's instructions in full detail, including each step in <br /> sequence. Should instructions conflict with Contract Documents, request <br /> clarification from Engineer before proceeding. <br /> N. When required by individual Specifications Section, submit manufacturer's <br /> certificate that products meet or exceed specified requirements. <br /> 1.6 MANUFACTURER'S FIELD SERVICES AND REPORTS <br /> O. When specified in respective Specification Sections, require supplier, <br /> manufacturer, or installer, to provide qualified personnel to observe field <br /> conditions, conditions of surfaces and installation; quality of workmanship; start- <br /> up of equipment; test, adjust, and balance of equipment as applicable; and to <br /> make appropriate recommendations. <br /> P. Manufacturer's representative shall submit a written report to Engineer listing <br /> observations, site decisions, and instructions that are supplemental or contrary <br /> to manufacturer's written instructions. The manufacturer's representative shall <br /> certify that the materials and/or equipment has been properly installed and is <br /> functioning correctly. <br /> 1.7 TESTING <br /> Provide all testing specified in individual Specification Sections. All testing services shall <br /> be arranged for and paid by the Owner unless otherwise indicated in the Contract <br /> Documents. <br /> 1.8 INSPECTION AND TESTING LABORATORY SERVICES FOR CONCRETE AND SOILS <br /> Q. Where reference is made in the Specifications to tests, inspections, independent <br /> designs, etc., such services shall be furnished by a fully qualified independent <br /> testing laboratory or firm of inspection engineers.
