Most of my career has been involved in <br /> investing in private companies which seek to grow and improve the economic situation for <br /> employees, their communities, and shareholders. I have been involved in a variety of industries <br /> including, real estate, life sciences, venture capital, natural resources, and manufacturing. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> My family and I moved to Orange County in 2011. We have raised 3 children who have all <br /> graduated from college (the last one will finish her economics degree from Duke in May 23). <br /> We have witnessed a tremendous amount of growth in the area, and I want to make sure that <br /> this development is one that is sustainable and serves the overall community. Having lived and <br /> worked in cities throughout the world (including San Francisco, Singapore, New York, and Los <br /> Angeles), I have seen both the good and bad of unbridled growth.
