For 18 years I ran a small online <br /> retail company that was a subsidiary of a Belgian company. <br /> I am currently the Executive Director of Extraordinary Ventures. Extraordinary Ventures is a local <br /> nonprofit with the mission of running sustainable businesses with the philosophy that all people <br /> are employable. We focus on creating employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and <br /> developmental disabilities such as autism. <br /> In addition to my work experience, I am very active in the community. My focus has been on our <br /> public schools and disability rights. I have served in many leadership positions in CHCCS <br /> schools, including being appointed to fill a vacancy on the school board.
