Tryon St. <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Dear Laura: <br /> The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) Advisory Board unanimously approved the <br /> recommendation of Celia Gibbs as the FY25 UNC-Chapel Hill Student Liaison at their meeting on May 13 <br /> 2024. <br /> Celia is a rising senior at UNC-Chapel Hill and is involved in the visual and literary arts.
