Call to Order, Land Acknowledgement, Changes to the <br /> Agenda <br /> • The Council will take a moment to acknowledge that Orange County <br /> sits on the historic lands of the Occoneechi, Saponi, and Tutelo <br /> people, and historically the land where Orange County is now was <br /> also the land of the Tuscarora, Sissipahaw, Eno, Shakori, Saura, and <br /> Catawba people. <br /> • Council members will have the opportunity to suggest additions or <br /> changes to the agenda. <br /> 7:05 II. Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 16, 2021 <br /> 7:10 III. Discussion of Restructuring - Roles and Process <br /> • The Council will continue their discussion to clarify and focus the <br /> work of the Council.
