Management ' s Discussion and Analysis h <br /> The 'Mana ements Discussion and Analysis of the financial activities of the County, lifted from <br /> g Y tY� <br /> the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the County for the fiscal year ended June 30 , 2023 , is <br /> included in this Appendix . Management ' s Discussion and Analysis provides an objective and easily <br /> readable short and long-term analysis of the County ' s financial activities based on currently known facts , <br /> decisions or conditions . Management ' s Discussion and Analysis is not a required part of the Basic Financial <br /> Statements but is supplementary information required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board . <br /> The independent auditors of the County have applied certain limited procedures , which consist primarily <br /> of inquiries of management regarding the methods of measurement and presentation of the required <br /> supplementary information .
