Erica's suggestion is to look at <br /> data from the beginning. Collecting tangible data is better than collecting <br /> historical data. It's better to monitor affordable housing funding through <br /> historical data. Look for trends. <br /> g. May 2024 <br /> i. Presentation on Homelessness by Rachel Waltz <br /> ii. Qualified contract in year 15t" can drop to being affordable.The state makes <br /> them sign a waiver to keep it affordable for 30 years. Property can be sold to <br /> another buyer who is willing to keep it affordable. <br /> vi.
