Holly: Funding is going to staffing, not to Orange County Housing;Jenn <br /> interpreted that this is to be used for helping residents fill out paperwork to get <br /> the relief; Holly thinks they should have been more specific;they didn't say <br /> anything about helping with tax relief; Holly doesn't understand why they <br /> wouldn't include numbers about results <br /> iii.
