44 <br /> RES-2024-027 Attachment 4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY FY 2024-2025 HOME PROGRAM DESIGN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, as a member of the <br /> Orange County HOME Consortium,that the Commissioners approve the following activities for <br /> the FY 2024-2025 HOME Program: <br /> Rental Construction <br /> Funds will be allocated to CASA to finance rental construction. Units will be leased to Low- and <br /> Moderate-Income Households earning less than sixty percent(60%) of the area median income. <br /> (Requested amount: $500,000) $222,120.00 <br /> Tenant Based Rental Assistance <br /> Additional funds will be allocated to the Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness for <br /> Tenant Based Rental Assistance for fifteen (15) households at or below thirty percent(30%) of <br /> the area median income. <br /> (Requested amount: $267,948) $136,499.00 <br /> Program Administration $36,701.00 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby designated as the <br /> authorized representative of the County to act in connection with the HOME Program and to <br /> provide such additional information as may be required by the U.S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development. <br /> This is the 21st day of May, 2024. <br /> Jamezetta Bedford, Chair <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> SEAL <br />
