(The final number of homebuyers assisted may be more or less than <br /> 15 and will depend on homebuyer underwriting.) <br /> • HOME-24-02—OCPEH—Tenant Based Rental Assistance: Funds will be allocated to Pee Wee <br /> Homes to finance construction of three (3) small rental units at 106 Hill Street in Carrboro. Units <br /> will be leased to households experiencing homelessness and earning less than thirty percent <br /> (30%) of the area median income. <br /> • HOME-24-03—Administration 2024: Funds for administration of the HOME Program will be <br /> allocated to the Orange County Housing and Community Development Department.Total funds <br /> will equal ten percent(10%) of the 2021 HOME award, which is estimated to be $36,701. <br /> Annual Action Plan 24 <br /> FY 2024-2025 <br />
