<br /> This Third Quarter Financial Report provide s Budget versus Actuals comparisons, American Rescue Plan Act
<br /> (ARPA) life-to-date expenditures by project below and a UNC-Charlotte Economic Update. All ARPA expenditures
<br /> have been obligated ahead of the December 31, 2024, obligation deadline date,and all funds will be expended by
<br /> December 31, 2026.
<br /> Appendices 1 and 2 tables include the General Fund and Other Funds Budget versus Actual performance. County
<br /> operating funds are projected to end in breakeven positions despite a mid-March State revenue update
