Construction. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of <br /> North Carolina. The place of this Agreement, its situs and forum, shall be Wake County, North <br /> Carolina, where all matters, whether sounding in contract or in tort, relating to its validity, <br /> construction, interpretation, and enforcement shall be determined. The Parties agree and submit, <br /> solely f'or matters relating to this contractual Agreement, to the jurisdiction of the courts of the <br /> State of North Carolina and stipulate that Wake County shall be the proper venue for all matters. <br /> 30.
