54 <br /> trustee, as supplemented by a First Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of June <br /> 13, 2023, also between the County and the Trustee. <br /> "Prior Bonds" means the following bonds issued pursuant to the Prior <br /> Agreement: <br /> $12,585,000 original aggregate principal amount Limited Obligation Bonds, <br /> Series 2021A and 2021B <br /> $14,298,000 original aggregate principal amount Limited Obligation Bonds, <br /> Series 2023A and 2023B <br /> "Prior Deed of Trust" means the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated <br /> as of June 1, 2021, from the County to a Deed of Trust Trustee for the County's <br /> benefit, as supplemented by a Deed of Trust Supplement #1 dated as of June 13, <br /> 2023. <br /> "Supplemental Agreement" means this Second Supplemental Trust <br /> Agreement, as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. <br /> "Trust Agreement" means the Prior Agreement as modified and <br /> supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, as it may be further amended or <br /> supplemented from time to time. <br /> All other capitalized terms used in this Second Supplemental Trust <br /> Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed thereto in the <br /> Prior Agreement. <br /> 25 <br />
