53 <br /> EXHIBIT B - Definitions: Rules of Construction <br /> For all purposes of this Supplemental Agreement, unless the context requires <br /> otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. <br /> "2024 Bonds" means the County's Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2024, <br /> originally issued pursuant to this Supplemental Agreement as (a) $ <br /> Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2024A, and (b) $ Taxable Limited <br /> Obligation Bonds, Series 2024B. The Series A Bonds and the Series B Bonds together <br /> constitute all the 2024 Bonds. <br /> "2024 Project" means the following: <br /> (a) carrying out the planned acquisitions and improvements <br /> referenced in the Introduction to this Supplemental Agreement and specified <br /> in Exhibit A; <br /> (b) carrying out any additional public acquisitions and <br /> improvements as the County may designate to the Trustee in a County <br /> Certificate, subject to the restrictions in Exhibit A; and <br /> (c) paying Financing Costs related to the 2024 Bonds. <br /> "2024 Project Costs" means "Project Costs," as defined in the Prior <br /> Agreement, related to the 2024 Project. <br /> "2024 Project Fund" means the 2024 Orange County Project Fund established <br /> pursuant to Section 3.01. <br /> "Deed of Trust" means the Prior Deed of Trust as modified by the "Deed of <br /> Trust Supplement #2" dated as of June 1, 2024, also granted by the County for the <br /> Trustee's benefit. <br /> "Mortgaged Property" has the meaning assigned to that term in the Deed of <br /> Trust. <br /> "Payment Date" with respect to the 2024 Bonds means each April 1 and <br /> October 1, beginning October 1, 2024. <br /> "Prior Agreement" means the Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 2021, <br /> between the County and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as <br /> 24 <br />
