3-7. <br />Chairman Stanford discussed with Sheriff Knight the complaint lodged earlier by Clyde <br />Scott. Sheriff Knight reported that he had on occasion been summoned to these premises, but that <br />his jurisdiction did not include this area. C. <br />Members present: Chairman Donald Stanford, Commissioners Harvey Bennett, Gordon Cleveland, <br />Henry S. Walker and Carl M. Smith. <br />Members absent: None. <br />T. A. Burton, C. I.
