My unique perspective as a <br /> single mom and member of the BIPOC community I deem would bring valuable insights to the <br /> committee s discussions and decision-making processes.Also serving on the board I hope would <br /> offer me opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and networking. As a BIPOC mom and caregiver I offer a unique perspective on the challenges <br /> and opportunities facing parents and families in the community. My firsthand experience <br /> navigating the systems, accessing resources, and advocating for my children s needs informs <br /> the committee s discussions and decision-making process, leading to more informed and <br /> effective policies and programs. <br />
