As currently presented,the Outdoor Storage feature on the site plan(Attachment 1)and detailed <br /> as"wood pile(s)"does not meet the required minimum 100'distance from residentially zoned <br /> property.The applicant has submitted a condition to reflect this variance from the ordinance <br /> standard established in UDO Section 6.4.10. <br /> 3. Staff review of the application included considerations for how the request relates to the Orange <br /> County 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 4. The requested zoning district,ASE-CD(Agricultural Support Enterprises-Conditional District),is <br /> consistent with the 2030 Comprehensive Plan,Appendix F,Relationships Between Land Use <br /> Classifications and Zoning Districts. <br /> 5. The 2030 Comprehensive Plan,Appendix G,Land Use Classification and Oveday Locational <br /> Criteria,identifies Rural Buffer as land designated in the Comprehensive Plan as land adjacentto <br /> an urban or transition area which is rural in character and which should remain rural,contain very <br /> low-density residential uses,and not require urban services duringthe plan period. <br /> 6.
