82 <br /> Proposed Access and Transportation Network Improvements <br /> The project is proposing access via the existing 12 — 16 ft. wide gravel driveway connecting to Jones Ferry <br /> Road. The proposed driveway design shall provide adequate access, parking, and internal circulation for <br /> funeral vehicles, emergency, and equipment vehicles. Prior to performing work in the NCDOT right of way, <br /> the applicant will need to obtain an approved NCDOT driveway permit for the proposed temporary <br /> construction access. The site is not expected to generate a significant amount of traffic and no roadway <br /> capacity improvements are warranted or required per NCDOT guidelines. Per UDO Section 6.17.2(2), a <br /> traffic impact analysis is not required. <br />
