Proposed project is for a Major Modification to an approved Special Use Permit (SUP) for The Woods <br />and Woodsedge Planned Development in Hillsborough, NC, which will consists of two consists of two <br />modifications to the approved SUP - removal of the requirement for unitary ownership and the relocation of <br />the 25 acres of Open Space from what was previously detailed in the 1991 modification of the 1985 Special Use <br />Permit.
