22 Exhibit C — Intended Evidence I intend to introduce the following document and have attached it follows: Exhibit C-1: Project Drawings; Exhibit C-2: Property Valuation Opinion; Exhibit C-3: Environmental Assessment; Exhibit C-4: Preliminary Stormwater Impact Analysis; and Exhibit C-5: Site Photos. This is relevant to standards from Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Sections: All applicable portions of Section 2.7, Section 5.3.2, Section 5.6.2, and Sections 6.3 through 6.17. It demonstrates that: based on the information provided, the Board will be able to make the required findings to support approval of the requested Special Use Permit for the proposed Cemetery use. Intend to call the following as a lay witness: Lay Witness #1: Bruce J. Boehm or Ed Holland, to be determined based on availability at the time of the hearing Their intended testimony has been included in an affidavit attached as Exhibit: Exhibits B and D This witness has personal knowledge of and will testify about: Testifying as a Director of the Corporation to describe current and proposed operation of the cemetery, as well as plans for establishing additional burial sites on the property. This testimony is relevant to standards from UDO Sections: All applicable portions of Section 2.7, Section 5.3.2, Section 5.6.2, and Sections 6.3 through 6.17. The testimony will demonstrate that: based on the information provided, the Board will be able to make the required findings to support approval of the requested Special Use Permit for the proposed Cemetery use. Intend to call the following as an expert witness: Expert Witness #1: Tony M. Whitaker, N.C. Professional Engineer#014999 Is being offered as an expert in: site planning and civil engineering They possess specialized knowledge in this field through the following training and/or experience: Mr. Whitaker has 39 years experience in site planning and civil engineering on hundreds of site development projects in North Carolina, including many projects in Orange County. They reviewed or examined the following data: Reviewed physical characteristics of the property and applicable regulatory requirements, as well as development opportunities for reasonable and responsible use of the property.
