The address for the two parcels is 114 Chandler Dale Street, Hillsborough,NC <br /> 27278. The Special Use Permit being modified is a Planned Development Housing R-I use <br /> category. Per Section 2.7 Special Use Permits of the Unified Development Ordinance, you are <br /> receiving this letter because the property you own is within 1,000 ft. of this parcel. The request does not increase the number of mobile homes allowed under the <br /> original Special Use Permit. The proposed modification only changes two elements of the previous <br /> Special Use Permit <br /> 1. The requirement for unitary Ownership. <br /> 2. The location of the 25 acres Open Space allocated as part of the 1991 modification of the <br /> 1985 Special Use Permit. <br /> At the meeting, the Applicant will explain the proposed modifications to the existing Special Use <br /> Permit and provide maps showing the proposed reallocation of Open Space. The amount of open <br /> space will stay the same as was approved in the 1991 modification of the Special Use Permit for <br /> the Woodsedge Mobile Home Park and will provide an increase in the Open Space allocated <br /> immediately adjacent to East Scarlette Mountain Road. The meeting will give those neighbors <br /> within 1000 feet of the property subject to the existing SUP a chance to ask questions of the <br /> Applicant and provide your thoughts on the application. <br />
