208 <br /> 1. The requirement for unitary ownership, and <br /> 2. The location of the 25 acres of Open Space allocated as part of the 1991 modification to the 1985 <br /> Special Use Permit. The proposed modification retains the full 25 acres of Open Space required by <br /> the 1991 modification, but redistributes it within the two subject parcels. <br /> The two parcels are not currently owned in unitary ownership, in conflict with both the 1985 Special Use <br /> Permit approval (condition #16) and the 1991 Special Use Permit approved modification (condition #1). <br /> Both Orange County and the property owners are aware of the violation of the stated conditions and this <br /> application for SUP24-0006 was submitted in an effort by the applicant to rectify a current violation of the <br /> original and modified Special Use Permit for Woodsedge Mobile Home Park. <br /> Separately, the applicant for this major modification has development applications and a petition for <br /> voluntary annexation under review with the Town of Hillsborough. The submitted narrative being reviewed <br /> by Orange County references those applications, but they are irrelevant to the application under review, <br /> which is solely within the decision-making authority of Orange County and its Board of Adjustment. <br />
